EADCO GmbH founds a sister company in USA: EADCO US LLC
EADCO US LLC is an independent USA sister company of EADCO GmbH. The new entity will have two strategic targets:
1) To become shareholder of the US NewCo “Scylax Aviation” for the R&D of full electric commercial aircrafts
2) Establishing in USA the actual perfomed engineering activities of EADCO GmbH in Europe: development of aircraft components with high expertise in the use of composite materials, as well as in the conception of conventional metallic structures.
